LEADERSHIP COACHING
Engage in private one-to-one sessions to turbo boost your development and get personalized attention to make quick progress on your goals. Coaching is ideal in your personal/professional life when you are unhappy and feeling stuck, facing an obstacle you want to overcome, or have a big goal or decision in front of you. Coaching is offered virtually globally or in-person (including on the trails) near Boulder, Colorado.
WORKSHOPS
Attend a workshop to learn to live with intention and take action to create the life you dream of, while connecting with others in your community. Workshop topics are varied and range from annual goal setting for maximum transformation to living with ease- physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. You can also request a workshop (and topic of your choice) near you.
SMALL GROUP RETREATS
Go deep into your own development with a multi-day experience. Rest, explore, connect with an amazing peer group and experience transformational change in a beautiful locale. If you are feeling stuck or burned out, are a development junkie and want more, or have a a big decision or life event on the horizon, this is for you.
DESIGN YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE
Co-design an event for yourself, you and your spouse/partner, a group of friends or a work team. If you have a goal in mind or want to do something out of the ordinary, leave the work to a professional and focus on being part of the experience.

Marissa Johnson has been coaching clients globally since 2014, working with individuals and groups to align their personal values and strengths with their decision-making. She believes that self awareness, awesome resources and powerful tools can make life easier and allow you to focus on what's most important to you. Marissa brings a straight forward approach by providing clarity, accountability and encouragement to make progress toward goals.
Marissa is a certified coach through The Coaches Training Institute, has a BA in Political Science from University of California, San Diego and an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Her professional experience includes non profit, small corporate and Fortune 50 companies, including working with leaders at Google.
